These terms define the standard remedies offered with NextAIForge, LLC's paid products. The principle across all four products is the same: we guarantee the work we control — scope, quality standards, deadlines, and service levels — not the output of a third-party AI system. For signed engagements the engagement agreement and order form govern; for the self-serve AI Visibility Report the checkout order terms govern. This page summarizes their standard form.
The self-serve report ($290, card payment) is delivered to your email within 48 hours of a completed checkout with usable subject inputs. Miss the window and you choose: a full refund, or delivery at no charge when the report completes. A defective deliverable (missing artifacts, unreadable files, findings not backed by the evidence appendix) is corrected, or refunded in full if not corrected within 5 business days. Full refund on request any time before measurement starts. These are the only remedies for this product — it promises a measured deliverable and a deadline, never an outcome.
The audit ($3,500–$7,500 fixed fee) is delivered within 10 business days of approved inputs and is accepted when: every reported finding traces to stored, hash-chained evidence; the methodology version and capture channels are disclosed; discovery and branded-accuracy findings are scored separately; and every recommendation carries evidence links, an expected mechanism, an owner, effort, and a verification method. You get one factual-correction round. If we miss the window for reasons within our control, we complete the work at no additional professional fee.
The sprint ($12,500–$25,000 fixed fee, 60–90 days) is measured against a contracted artifact list. Every release is recorded in a ledger with its approval, checksum, date, environment, and rollback reference. If contracted artifacts are not delivered by the agreed deadline for reasons within our control, we complete the missing work without additional professional fees or apply the remedy defined in the agreement. Days blocked by a recorded client dependency are logged and excluded from the delivery window.
The monitoring service ($2,000–$5,000/month) carries explicit SLAs: scheduled measurement within the contracted monthly window; critical factual-risk alerts within one business day of verified detection; failed or partial runs retried and then disclosed with coverage impact; and the monthly report by the fifth business day after the window closes. A missed SLA in a given month entitles the Client to the agreed remedy — a service credit or completion of the missed deliverable at no fee.
We measure Discovery Visibility — whether AI assistants surface you on agreed name-free buyer questions — with repeated samples, and report it separately from Branded Accuracy (questions that name you, which AI answers trivially) so the number is honest. Visibility typically responds to the implemented work, but AI systems are operated by third parties: we measure and prove movement at pre-agreed comparable windows rather than contractually promising a score.
Measurement covers ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, and Perplexity. A contract-grade baseline adds repeated samples per question on the contracted engines; a question counts as present if you are surfaced on at least one measured engine, and every engine's own result is reported separately — the engines differ dramatically and a blended number would hide that.
Measurement uses provider APIs. These approximate, but are not identical to, the consumer apps, whose answers vary with personalization, memory, model version, and time. Results are a consistent, reproducible proxy — not a claim about one specific user's app output. Every measurement is stamped with a methodology version, and results captured under different versions are never silently combined.
Every raw AI answer is stored with a timestamp in a tamper-evident, append-only, hash-chained audit trail available to the Client. Detection is deliberately conservative — a borderline mention is not counted as present.
Revenue, leads, conversions, or policy sales; rankings on any search engine; a specific Discovery Visibility score; guaranteed inclusion, placement, wording, position, or sentiment in any AI response; or the output of any consumer AI app. AI systems are probabilistic and operated by third parties; we guarantee the contracted work and its service levels, not their responses.
Delivery assumes the Client provides agreed access and inputs, approves entities and questions before the measurement window locks, and publishes or approves agreed work within a reasonable time. Unreasonable delay or refusal extends the window or voids the affected remedy, as recorded in the engagement's blocker log.
